Without going into considerable detail here, I would posit that if single adult men would behave like adults, stop brow beating powerful women and develop some emotional maturity, they might be coupled more often. This from a 68 yo adventure traveler, body builder, athlete, and prize winning journalist etc etc. Men do NOT wanna deal with a high performing machine unless THEY get to drive it. Not all men, indeed, but too many. Even the ones who are convinced they are emancipated can be brutal, without realizing how toxicity infects them. Hence, single at 68. Single nearly all my life.
