With respect, Sean, working out doesn’t keep you slim. What you choose to eat does. It’s at least 80–85% of what we look like. The rest is sculpting, strengthening.
I support your article, but this line item is misleading. And it also is one of the sad reasons so many of our peers pass out in the gym, and pass on the opportunity to get fit.
