When said choices range from Sears (will you PLEASE) to Needless Markup, really? When I lived in Spokane, the big mall that was put on the river laid to waste every single lovely, fabulous individual boutique store for 100 miles around. For big box, same same same same shit franchises. How many Ann Taylors do you fucking NEED?
