What's terrifying right now, JW, is that some of the outbreaks are among the vaccinated. That tells me two things: first, the Delta variant is way more fucking smart than we are, second, mask mask, mask MASK. I am triple vaccinated, still distance, still isolate, still mask up. I take this shit so very seriously. And yet, the folks who won't will point to the outbreaks are argue that the vaccinations won't help. Yah, they will- they will prevent the worst of the symptoms. What we are also learning is that we vaccinated folks can still spread the Delta variant. What does that say? Mask. Mask. Mask. Grow. The. Fuck. UP and take this very serious shit seriously. I am beyond feeling sorry for anti-vaccers whose child dies, after begging the nurse for the vaccine moments before intubation. That is murder. It's. Just. Murder. Arguing "we didn't know" is criminal. And I am unmovable on this one. I am sorry for the kid for having ignorant assholes for parents.
