What I love about your comment is the assumption that you have work to do, and you expect to get it done. That alone communicates to the body that we want it to heal, work, and get going. I think so very much of what keeps us fully in life is the simple expectation that we have work, that we’re needed, and that there is place for us. Moving is a huge part of it. I get a newish shoulder in two weeks myself. I can relate. But what you are doing is making the assumption that you’re just going to keep on going. That’s half the battle right there. Bravo!
