What I love about your comment is that it gets to the heart of my message- we get so caught up in image, and the rah rah, that we forget that courage and leadership wear a great many every day faces. There are people we will never hear about doing extraordinary things. It’s within us all, a pot of potential that very few dip their spoons into until called upon. Many are called, few answer.
