Well, I kinda really hate James Woods. That doesn't help. Mixed feelings, honestly...I love some vampire movies, the silliness of it is fun. But I just couldn't get on board with the acting, the Baldwin character's love affair and his violence towards the whore and then he loves her. Nope. Well aware I can't take this shit seriously but I'm more of a Blade fan (here we are in full agreement). I kept walking off to get chores done, which is a fine indicator that I was bored. I did, however, find an old copy of The Thing, and match that up with the more recent prequel, both of which really are good, gory fun. Also, the music in The Thing is as good as Jaws ever was, but less recognized.
