Way I see it, Mr. Neil, what is so incredibly terrifying to these folks is that there is increasingly indelible proof of Black Excellence. Tidal waves of it. I spend three days a year at the SREB conference back East which celebrates hundreds of newly-minted Black PhDs while many of these mutts can't parse together a single coherent sentence. Some can, but as to why they do what they do, feel so incredibly inadequate, is impossible for them to articulate.
