To your point- nobody but nobody is my fucking competition. Nor yours. Not anyone’s. To buy into that bullshit is how we got where we are. I am INSPIRED by badass women of any age. Their brilliance and accomplishments are in every conceivable way a compliment to me just as my badass adventures all over the world after sixty are a compliment to my gender. At any age. Petty envy, jealousy, hate and personal attacks are indicative of self hate. Nothing more. When you rise, I rise. You are NOT my competition. You are my inspiration, and I hope to earn the right to be yours. True for all who aspire, fail, succeed, try. Rise, fall, makes no difference.
