Timo,

the future is always and forever uncertain for all of us. It is supremely selfish for us to want others to stay the same even as we ourselves are changing. It’s not your job, nor mine, to be responsible for others reactions or fear that we are a bit different. It is, to my mind at least, our sacred duty to evolve in whatever way is best for us. Fear of the unknown is the worst of all motivations to stay in stasis. Staying in place has its own hades to pay. Look, we would all LOVE to know what’s coming. We can’t. Nobody can and thank god, otherwise where are the delight and surprise in life? Learning to live in the not-knowing is part of mastery. If fans dissipate so what? You and I have to be our own best fans. At least if I understand your comments properly and I may not have.
