Those of us in the personal development and professional training space know this model well. It is genuinely shocking how many folks operate out of this first level and assume that they know WTF they're doing, and get pissed and defensive when you point out what they don't know. People seem to not understand that a little egg on one's face is a shitload cheaper than being scammed for thousands if not millions. There is nothing morally reprehensible about not knowing. We're all ignorant about a lot of things. Being brutish about it is stupid. That applies across the board
