This past year I read all these books and more, and it all backed the same conclusions I’d come to. I am only a bit sorry about one thing- and I say this with respect, because I agree with other commenters that this is a good summation of excellent work by Lustig, Taubes, et.al. Given the importance of your material balanced with the short attention span of most folks, I might offer that this could be broken into two or three in a series. Digestible, if you’ll forgive me here. I liked the article but found myself getting weighed down by the length. I’m both a patient reader as well as genuinely interested in your material. Please kindly don’t take this as a criticism, more that I’d like to see this get five thousand readers and more. I wonder if slicing into smaller bites might help? I dunno. Good job, anyway. I dropped nearly a hundred pounds thirty years ago following these basics long before we knew what we know now. They validated what many of us who have been successful at lifetime loss have discoveredL good food rules. Good exercise along with good food leads to a happy long disease free life.
