This nails it for me, Kim. Systemic, fundamental sea change does not happen with a figurehead. It begins, unfortunately, with the kind of guillotine at the top overhaul that allows the organization to take out the causes which stem from, well, the top down. This is no different from police departments sacrificing the (few bad)apples rather than rip open the guts of cancerous organizations that call themselves police. The only reason the (few bad) apples existed is because the system hired, empowered, protected and nurtured them. No different from pedophiles in the Church. I could go on.
