This leapt in my face too, Angie. I don't know, first. Second there is no question this is under discussion because of the extraordinary cost of irresponsibility. This isn't my lane, typicallly, not what I typically write about. Mine is the personal story but you're spot on. It's huge, and my guess since we're such a lititigious country it's coming. This is all about irresponsible risk, and insurance companies are allergic. So my guess, there are policies either in place or coming, and I'll also bet Congress and State governments are discussing it too. I have too many articles in queue to take this on as it's research project but your intuition is right.
