There's just one thing missing in this, Gunnar. I still hear that idiot statement that "muscle turns to fat," which is medically impossible but still said out loud. While it's fair to say that this article isn't likely aimed at those who believe such pap, it always serves, at least to my mind, to call out ancient beliefs as they have a way of sticking around like old velcro.
