The sad part of this Amy, is that the vast majority want a one and one pill that overnight takes 100 lbs off. I was also obese at 205, some 35 years ago. Took it off in one year, kept it off since but for covid induced ten or so, but on my frame that just means tight jeans. It is immensely challenging as I head towards 70, but I keep after it. There is no easy answer. And I am exhausted by folks who call me lucky. Jesus Christ.
