Thanks Gaelene. Truth is is that ageing is uniquely defined by each of us on our own terms if we decided to take our lives in hand. If we buy into conventional wisdom and our society’s fears of getting old, then we are done for. For my money, it’s how we define life for ourselves that makes life superb.
