Ted, I could make precisely the same comment about men who in shorts who wear loafers with calf-high shorts. Men who have enormous bellies and wear pants whose waist is under their man-boobs. Men and women who wear Speedos and bikinis, and perhaps, something else might have been kinder. Perhaps it has more to do with being aware that cameras are everywhere. I don’t care if someone wants to display a butt crack. That’s their problem. However, to my point and yours: I live in a state where there are thousands of women well over sixty whose bodies would put a great many twenty-somethings to shame. They run stairs and hit the trails and ride horses just like I do. And frankly, they look great in leggings. For others, those leggings are now as ubiquitous as jeans for a reason. They’re comfortable. They stretch. They’re (mostly) kind. That makes a good piece of clothing in my book. That’s why they’re so popular.
