Sylvain, I would argue strenuously that Donald Trump has no self-respect whatsoever, which has been on display his entire life. He behaves with the kind of self-hatred that has locked in his legacy. Only those who really dislike themselves could treat others the way he does. Respect doesn't enter the equation, in my way of thinking. People possessed of any kind of self-respect do not behave in such ways. But that's just me.
