Since I regularly wear chaps, Mr. Dreyer, I might note here the male reference. Let me be clear. Eighty percent of the horses in America, at least, are owned by WOMEN. Many of the trainers are men. We, sir, are the ones who wear the chaps. Mine happen to be kangaroo skin, which happens to be particularly strong, thin and water resistant.
