She was right admirable. I liked her character a lot. What is most important about your story here is how essential it is as little girls to have something other than passive, sleeping Disney princesses (although they have vastly improved with the times) as role models. For OUR time frame, we didn’t have enough Eowyns. Yet, they existed, although very few people wrote about them or gave them validity. I was watching a Facebook video from George Takei this morning about superbly talented women nobody knows anything about. Well, historians were largely male. The victors always write the history. Did you ever read The Mists of Avalon? I do regularly, about every five years. Each time I do I see the entire retelling of the story of Camelot through its women with completely different eyes. Such is the maturing process.
