Shannon, to this let me point out: the FBI now has begun to notice where kids and adults have been shown to torture and kill animals. Why? Because those are the early hallmarks of a serial killer.

Help me understand. If and when people demonstrate a propensity for evil, and it’s public, how is it that it’s okay to give them a pass (as long as it’s directed towards women and/or kids) until they hurt a uniformed officer?
