shaming those of us who have done this battle doesn't move us forward. I have great and abiding empathy, I truly do. Nobody loves donuts more than I do. However the cost is terrible. Some of those who are THE most motivated cannot find a way forward, and I feel for that with my entire being. Obesity is so very complex, and I appreciate that the journey is unique for each of us.
