Sandra, I probably wouldn’t mind so much but that my neighbor, Emily, has a little girl who likes to wander. As I write this I am soaking the dirt and blood away, and it’s the end of my third day. Emily is thrilled, I hooked her up with my landscaping services and we’re going to figure out how to keep that bit of wooded forest cool, green and safe. I love this labor even though my hands are complaining loudly. I agree with you completely. It’s a constant negotiation. Plenty for the birds, shade and sun, flowers for the bees and the nectar lovers. I have rarely felt more grateful. In fact, I haven’t ever been so happy, and the physical labor is a big part of that.
