RTT, same here. Medium doesn't seem to care that the inability to read, clap, respond reduces payment to those who did the writing. When I travel this is my primary source to see and respond. I"m not impressed, and in particularl found the ugly response by the second tier help offensive. I'm one of the top writers, in productivity and more than ten thousand followers, many of whom joined to read my stuff. Where are we when a company is happy to invite you off the platform when you are making THEM money? But that's just me. Thanks for responding. Not everyone is having this issue but enough so that it's clear it's a thing.
