Precisely. Why would anyone? Why is it his business? Why is it important to ask anyone else? I got roundly critiqued for some of my comments (the woman was unpleasant enough in her delivery that I removed it, which is too bad, because she made a valid point, but decided to do it with barbed wire) about how some of us show up in public. At some point, it hardly matters UNLESS you have a client who sees you, or some othr situation where your choice of duds might make you look like a dud in a way that can outright harm you. You may not care (as this woman said) but if that costs you a job- and I’ve seen it happen- and you were counting on that job, well….. When I am out working out, my loud leggings are sometimes the one thing that keeps me amused as my legs have something unpleasant to say about how hard they’re being worked.
