Possible. But as with all things, it depends. I've been on spirulina for as long as I can recall. I can't remember the original instigator but it's been a regular supplement for years. As for Leucine, while due to oxalate kidney stones I can't have beans and a lot of other things I eat lots of seeds, eggs and some of the other foods. I tried Rhodiola but didn't get much out of it. I think that the idiosyncratic nature of the body has a lot to do with that.
