One cannot serve two masters. In the Bible, this was referring to money. This is precisely the same thing. Technology is a great tool and one hell of an evil taskmaster. Which is precisely why, for my part, I continue to ask for directions. Find my own way. Will NEVER have an Alexa in my house. Get simpler phones. Buy older vehicles without that distracting bullshit on the dashboard. And am planning to move somewhere much of this cannot touch me further. This is also one reason why I do adventure travel- far far far away from all the easy answers. I have to rely on myself, my guides, my animals. As nature intended. I will not sell my soul for corporate profits and mastery as they monetize my life. Convenience is killing us, and I am not just talking obesity. It’s every aspect of our lives.
