Oh, how I wish I could. I had to stop all fermented anything, and it broke my heart to give up yogurt. Interstitial cystitis was the culprit. Since I bleed, no onions, garlicm, etc. However I sure gorm broccoli and cauli. I haven't had processed sugar for more than a year and even before that, not much. It's been a very long time since I ate bread, decades at this point. It's quite remarkable to me not only how little we understand our own bodies, but how we keep asking other people what works for them. That has nothing to do with what works for our guts. I take probiotics and my diet is mostly plant, fruits are my sweets. The acidic ones are off the menu but one half lemon a day sweetened with Stevia puts the pills down the gullet. I am stunned at how much energy I have, how much endurance, but when I see other people eat, it's obvious why. That we can do so much for our health with more responsible food saddens me a great deal, because we wanna have what we wanna have.
