…rgets — at least 50 percent of candidates being interviewed for any job needs to be brown or black. HR managers should not even be allowed to submit an entirely white pool to hiring managers. It should be an absolute no-no.

Oh, but, "there are no qualified Black candidates." Really? Honeslty? Based on my experience, I see more and more and more better qualified Black and Brown candidates than White, in a world where White= exceptional, only because, well, White, without doing ANY work whatsoever to earn the accolades.
