No Kerry, it doesn’t. I can sympathize. Last week when I went to my PT, after having had to isolate my right arm for all these months, I have a huge sag where right, superb muscle used to be. Boy it happens fast. All I can offer is that you explore a variety of options until you find one that appeals. Yoga, which if done regularly, makes a big demand on the arms. Bottom line- and it sucks- is that anything we don’t regularly exercise, sags. Which is why my tongue is so strong- I talk way too damned much.
