My pleasure, Sharon. What is very, very clear to me is that we need sane, sober, thoughtful voices in this melee, and without them we as a community of women are see as shrill and hysterical- two gender-based words which undermine the power of the message. While we have every right to be hysterically angry, what we absolutely must do is make the consistent case, including the business case, for finding, supporting, and mentoring excellence, PERIOD, any color or culture or gender. Economic power is built of such change. Economic power changes the balance of power. Which is precisely why the Tulsa massacre.

Precisely why. Black Wall Street threatened people.
