My folks did that back in the early 70s when I joined the Army. Big Dodge pickup and a fifth wheeler. Did it til their eyes gave out. I have a friend- my social media guy- who has been van lifing for several years. They have run into real issues with site owners cancelling reservations due to bribes from folks who get there ahead of them.It’s a racket in places simply due to demand. I anticipate it may peak badly and get worse. Who knows. I sure don’t.
