Let’s kindly look at that whole sentence, from which you lifted just a part, Dori:
“For my part, when someone, like my friend in the locker room, hands me the gift of letting me into that inner chamber of her lifestyle, it’s an honor.”
I was describing how it felt to be included. Not how she was describing her wife. Kindly, I appreciate your point, but if we take a set of words out of context they can be misinterpreted. In no way did I say or imply that she described her wife this way. I was speaking to the way it made me feel to be included. That’s all. No other meaning, implied or stated. She has a wife, she’s married, that’s precisely how I received it. I appreciated the exchange very much. Just as I do this one, Dori. Thanks for your comments.
