In fact two out of the three pretty much are. The misleading one is the one about resumes. If you read the article you'll see that isn't not the applicants but the corporate folks reading them. So while it isn't exactly accurate it was perfect chance to have some fun. However to your point, there is a great deal of truth to this, sadly.
