I wish I could say I have no clue. But I am doing this solo, and the only person I can bark at is myself ( That was HOW much???!!!). The good news is I love this house. The bad news is that gorgeous rich men my age are few and far between….and I’m not sharing. Guess I better buy a lottery ticket. I do love caring for this place…at least til I am broke.
