I tagged your Twitter account. Just finishing up a decade of very serious adventure travel beginning with Kilimanjaro on my 60th. I've always lifted and run but when I trained for Kili cranked it WAY up. And never quit. The last year or so I've had some surgeries largely due to sports injuries, but PT just got me back in the gym and training for a second summit at 70. I did Mt. Kenya at 65. I am doing now what I could never have done at thirty or forty: kayak, ride, skydive, bungee, hike, paddle, cycle. I've always worked out; I just hadn't set quite such lofty physical goals. I moved to Oregon as Colorado got a bit overwhelmed, and am exploring here. I am very eager to get back to my 100 pushups every other day. Men's, not girl's. Funny how the body weight basics seem to be among the best. I have one more surgery for hand arthritis, so will have to train with bands for a few weeks. The point is to not stop.
