I love this. Pardon the belated response, just got back from overseas.

On your final note, I got a very big laugh out of George Carlin’s riffs on aging. America tries hard to find soft sounding words to make the landing easier. Old is old. However, HOW we become that way is very much up to us. A youthful spirit in an old body is a helluva thing. The body is still going to get old, dammit. However what I love about your response is that you’re engaging at every level. Old doesn’t mean decrepit. Old doesn’t mean to quit. Old is just…old. And at any age we can do things the keep the spirit and the body and the heart fully engaged. And that is the whole point. Loved your comments.
