I heard my mother! My mom, who spoke six languages, used to spout this at me growing up, and would particularly hurl this at me during the Sixties when I would march out of my bedroom in some new outfit she found offensive. You have no idea how delighted I was to read this today. I guess it's something of a testament to how rare it is to read or hear anyone spout a Latin phrase. I still use it, to the consternation of those around me.
