I get it, Deb. You bet. I have arthritis, too, hands, feet, lower back. I totally get it. The way I deal with are food and movement. For hands and feet though it was serious enough so that I've had to invest in surgery to keep going, and I am one of four down.
I don't care much for the age spots and my uber thin skin, but the wrinkles? Not a battle I'm going to win. And no, it's a preference, not a judgement. Part of me dislikes that we are driven to dislike proof of age in the first place, rather than simply recognizing all of it as our right to have existed so long. But that's a whole other story, isn't it?
