I found this very intriguing. While on one hand I am quite sure that there will be plenty of research around how to tinker with these proteins, I would argue that the four basics of healthy aging tend to stand the test of time: proper food for our unique bodies and needs, proper movement for same, a purpose and a community that loves us. Jerk out one leg of the stool and we wobble. While I might agree to an extent that better results come from those who are active, I think that there are far too many factors at work here. Each body is such a complex universe. As with Mr. Stone below, I have doubts that what he takes would would for all humanity. We are ever in search of a magic pill. There isn't one. The journey is to find what works for us. That prescription, only we can create for ourselves. Good work; missed your writing.
