I found it in an article some time back, and if I could track it down I would share the source. It was verified by other pieces I read but it's been long enough ago that I don't recall off the top of my head. However, if you do your own research you will also find out that exercise is NOT a weight loss program, and that in sum, diets do not work (with the caveat of those designed for people with specific requirements, not fads). The point stands. Food determines what our bodies look like for the most part. Exercise makes us fit.
