I find it so terribly sad that we have to take a seven week course to do this. At 68, I climb mountains, body build, ride bikes, run steep hills, do 100 pushups every other day, swim, ride spicy horses, just signed up for a boxing class, on and on and on and on and on and ON. I didn't need a seven week coiurse, Pedram. I realize so many people are so breathtakingly ignorant about their bodies, but first and foremost, first and FOREMOST, they have to possess the fundamental motivation to recognize that this is the only skin suit you get. PERIOD. If people don't possess the motivation to take care of themselves, they will take your course and run out of steam halfway through or sooner. It'st just that simple. For my health dollar, you either care or you don't, and if you do care, you probably are already taking care of yourself. Not true for everyone, but if you're really and truly going to take this on, I would strongly suggest that you also pen a few pieces (as I have done) about how polypharmacy contributes so much to symptoms of aging, much of which are false, and if we would eat for health, move for health, and stop taking all these damned pills, we wouldn't need the pills in first place. You're a good writer and so am I. I write about this all the time because I live it. I live it because I carved out my own education, dumped 85 lbs 34 years ago, got my eating in line and never stopped exercising. No smoking or drinking or substance abuse. Barring having an elephant squish me by mistake, I will likely outlive even my longest living relatives who made it to their nineties, but I will more likely still be running the hills around my house when I drop over dead.
