“Chicken breast and broccoli”: Every time I hear this from an actor, my eyes roll so hard they go back into their sockets. Look, chicken breast has been a staple of the bodybuilding community during a weight cut, because they have to keep protein intake high while minimising calories. They don’t eat like that when they’re trying to gain weight, because you can’t consume enough calories eating that way. So when an actor says they ate chicken breast, broccoli and brown rice to bulk up, they are full of shit.
