I can only speak for myself. Plenty, in fact. And am building a business partnership with another. Largely due to my dual upbringing, one foot each in a Black and White family. Black excellence for me is normalized, Black faces normalized, a world without Black and Brown faces freakish and uncomfortable. I know I am not the norm. But if I don't write about what it takes to normalize our experience, then who will?
