I beg to differ:

I have done my research on this. Fully 70% of how we age is in OUR hands. I write about this all the time, Mary. You don't have to agree, and you have every right to feel however you wish to feel. But the science doesn't back you up. I disagree wholeheartedly with every single point you've made here because I have too much evidence to the contrary. That said, you can choose to live however you wish, and choose to be right about how genes are destiny, and therefore why on earth bother? I prefer to go in the other direction. The beauty of it is that in our own worlds we get to be right. And since Mr. Franklin and I share a birth anniversary, I appreciate the quote. He also said:

Many people die at twenty five and aren't buried until they are seventy five.

Negativity kills, undermines the immune system, and shortens the life, as well as makes it untenable. But that's just me.
