I am not without humour about this. However if I may, one other seriously important reason to glug is the threat of kidney stones. Having just spent a week in the hospital, getting a nasty procedure, then by god flipping my car at 65 mph because of a second kidney stone attack the following week, I will take additional potty breaks any.
