I agree with much of this, Laura, truth is that someone is going to bark at us at any age, right? We're too young, too old, too...something. There are ways to eat well without going organic which is a whole other ball game, and a dirty one, about which I've also written. What I don't like is the societal barking at the old, which is just as bad as barking about race. Wait a while is the mantra.
