I agree, Shirley. I've had three surgeries in two years with three more coming, one on each hand and one on my left foot. Yet I work out anyway with what I have. I totally get your point; I've broken my back and smashed my pelvis and had life-threatening injuries. I have had to be patient. But I work out anyway, however I can to get around those injuries. But that wasn't age. I've had injuries like that, as we all do, all during life. Aging isn't the primary concern, that was what I challenged. It's whether or not we are willing to do the work to ensure that baseline of health for when we do indeed get injured, and too many don't, using "I'm too old for this" as an excuse. I am not counting folks who end up injured for life, that's different. And Beach Body guy Tony Horton didn't get diagnosed with sarcopenia, which is common to all human beings as a natural part of aging. He got diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome. https://www.mensjournal.com/health-fitness/tony-horton-launches-new-supplement-line-to-help-build-muscle-over-60/

Sarcopenia is simply muscle loss with age, not a disease. It happens to everyone no matter what, all body building does is slow it WAY down. Horton suffered from sarcopenia because he got so ill with Bell's Palsy and other issues. Big difference.
