You will find no argument from me. Most of the articles that I write speak to this, as there is plenty of research that states that extreme sports at any age break us down and cause harm. As for the photos? Sigh. Unsplash is limited; I have started to buy more of my photos so that they better represent what I’m trying to say. As in, Unsplash has nothing showing elder athletes, which of course reflects ageism, which is so very widespread. As though old folks don’t exist, or exercise, unless they are pushing their rocking chairs with their toes. Again, sigh.
